The new Harry Potter series for HBO has already begun filming and will be released in early 2027.

Netflix has released the official trailer for season 2 of its One Piece live-action adaptation – and it’s packed with familiar faces fans of the manga and anime have been waiting for. The nearly two-minute clip gives viewers a closer look at how the Straw Hat Pirates’ journey intensifies as they enter the dangerous and uncharted waters of the Grand Line in search of the world’s greatest treasure.

Stranger Things officially came to an end on December 31, 2025 with its final episode, “The Rightside Up,” bringing the beloved Netflix sci-fi saga to a close after five seasons and nearly a decade of storytelling. The two-hour finale immediately divided audiences online, with reactions ranging from “beautiful and perfect” to “anticlimactic and disappointing.”

When Stranger Things burst back onto screens with the first four episodes of Season 5 on November 26, 2025, it didn’t just reopen the doors to the Upside Down, it also temporarily knocked out Netflix. Within minutes of the drop, thousands of fans encountered playback errors, app crashes, or login issues, as outage-tracking site Downdetector logged over 14,000 reports in the U.S. alone. Netflix later confirmed the disruption, saying “some members briefly experienced an issue streaming on TV devices,” but that “service recovered for all accounts within five minutes.”

HBO has officially renewed House of the Dragon for a fourth season, setting the Targaryen saga to continue on the network through at least 2028. The announcement came during an HBO press presentation in New York, signaling the network’s commitment to keeping the Game of Thrones universe a yearly event.
