Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle have just welcomed their first child together. Their baby boy was born today (6 May) in the early morning (5.26 a.m.) weighing 7 pounds, 3 ounces.
Later today, at 10.30 a.m., Prince Harry was spotted by the photographers just after the birth of his son. Needless to say, Harry seemed to be elated.
“It’s been the most amazing experience I could ever have possibly imagined,” Harry told reporters. “How any woman does what they do is beyond comprehension, but we’re both absolutely thrilled and so grateful to all the love and support from everybody out there. It’s been amazing.”
The baby’s name is yet to be known. Prince Harry confirmed that the baby would be presented in two days. And then we will also know the boy’s royal name.
Prince Harry’s son is Queen Elizabeth’s eighth great-grandchild. The baby is also the seventh in line to the British throne.
