The “Harry Potter” television series is in progress. Despite we do not have information about anything, a few writers have presented their ideas for script.

According to Deadline, Martha Hillier (“The Last Kingdom”), Kathleen Jordan (“The Decameron”), Tom Moran (“The Devil’s Hour”) and Michael Lesslie (“The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes”) presented their script visions to Max to adapt 7 “Harry Potter” books in 7 seasons.

Warner Bros Discovery CEO David Zaslav said that Harry Potter on Max will happen during 10 years. “My wife and I, we read [the Harry Potter books] to each of our three kids….It’s really moving, for 10 consecutive years, people will see Harry Potter on HBO; I mean it’s really something” he said to Deadline.

The Harry Potter series will be produced by Brontë Film and TV, the production company chaired by Rowling’s agent Neil Blair, and Warner Bros Television.

The cast that will play Harry Potter, Hermione Grande and Ron Weasley, replacing Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, will probably be announced in 2025.
