Marvel Studios surprised all fans when it announced what it had never done with any superhero before: the release of a fourth “Thor” film, an Asgardian character who is known to be the king of thunders.
Chris Hemsworth, the actor who plays Thor, published eight photos on his Instagram from a trip with his family to the Lord Howe Island in Australia. “Great to get away for a few days to @visitlordhoweisland before starting on #thorloveandthunder this week!” writes Hemsworth in the photo caption. “Thor: Love and Thunder” will mark the return of Natalie Portman and will start her story as Jane Foster. Tessa Thompson will also return to the film as Valkyrie.
Like “Thor: Ragnarok,” Taika Waititi will direct the movie and also play Korg. “Thor: Love and Thunder” will hit the theaters in 2022.
