Only Murders in the Building star Selena Gomez has revealed that she’s single in a new social media video.
In a post shared to her TikTok account, the singer and actress could be seen sitting on the sidelines at a local football game and jokingly trying to flirt with the players.
“I’m single,” she shouted. “I’m just a little high maintenance. But I love you so much.”
Unfortunately, Gomez’s charm skills didn’t appear to capture the hearts of the team, despite her celebrity status.
“The struggle man lol,” she added in the caption.
However, the video did prove to be a hilarious hit with her followers.
“I literally love this woman so much,” one person wrote, while others called her “so real” and “relatable” for the post.
“If I was in earshot of her saying this I would never had sprinted to someone faster in my life,” someone else commented.
Even the official TikTok account for Tinder chimed in to praise the actress’ efforts, writing: “brb gonna make this my Tinder bio.”
While Gomez may currently be single, the same can’t be said for her Only Murders in the Building character Mabel Mora, who looks set to tie the knot in the show’s upcoming third season.
Season three of the mystery-comedy is set to premiere later this summer and will see Gomez, Steve Martin and Martin Short once again portraying Arconia’s favourite detective trio.
The new season will focus on the death of Ben Glenroy (Ant-Man’s Paul Rudd), who was murdered in the season two finale. Academy Award winner Meryl Streep, Jesse Williams (Grey’s Anatomy) and Ashley Park (Emily in Paris) have also joined the cast for season three.
Only Murders in the Building season 3 will premiere on Tuesday, August 8. Seasons 1 and 2 are available now on Disney+ in the UK and Hulu in the US.
