Priyanka Chopra covers the May issue of the Tatler Magazine. In her interview, she talks about being married to pop royalty, Nick Jonas, their plans to start a family, and why she doesn’t think that beauty pageants and feminism are mutually exclusive.
On her relationship with her husband, Nick Jonas: “We don’t go more than two/three weeks without seeing each other,’ she explains. ‘That’s a rule. It’s too hard otherwise, and you’ve got to work on the relationship, to prioritise it.”
On her plans to start a family: “Right now, this year’s really packed for me in terms of the work that I’m doing and the work that I’ve taken on,” she said. “But having a family is very important to me and it always has been. It is something that I definitely want to do and I’m hoping that whenever God wills it, at the right, opportune time, it’ll happen. “
