Although the filming for “Paddington in Peru” (Paddington 3) took place this summer, the premiere of this show is just around the corner.
The first screenings of this film will take place in the United Kingdom on November 8, 2023. Furthermore, the American premiere is scheduled for January 17, 2024.
This time, Paddington Bear will travel to his native Peru to visit Aunt Lucy, who lives in a peaceful retirement home for bears. The Brown family will accompany him, and extraordinary adventures await them in the mountains of Peru and the Amazon rainforests.
Mark Burton, James Lamont, and Jon Foster are responsible for the screenplay. Paul King remains in the production team as an executive producer, so he will certainly support Dougal Wilson, who serves as the director of the film “Paddington in Peru.” The cast will include Hugh Bonneville, Emily Mortimer, Antonio Banderas, Olivia Colman, Julie Walters, Madeleine Harris, Samuel Joslin, Jim Broadbent, Carla Tous, Ben Whishaw, and Imelda Staunton.
Paddington is a story centered around a bear who loves marmalade. The basis for the film adaptations is a children’s story that was first published in 1958. The previous two films were very well received by both audiences and critics.
