Chris Brown has collaborated with emerging dancehall artist Byron Messia to release his newest track, “Nightmares.”

The mellow and introspective groove was co-produced by Brown himself, alongside Sean Kingston, HoodyBaby, and Ryan Press.

The release of “Nightmares” is accompanied by an official video, directed by Travis Colbert and filmed in Jamaica, adding an engaging visual element to the song.

“Nightmares” serves as the third preview of Brown’s forthcoming 11th album, “11:11,” which is set to drop on November 11.

This track follows the earlier releases of “Summer Too Hot” and “Sensational,” featuring Davido and Lojay, with the former reaching No. 1 on rhythmic radio charts in September.

“11:11” is scheduled as a two-part album, with Side A and Side B both containing 11 tracks each. In addition to the previously announced artists, the album will also feature Future, Fridayy, and other yet-to-be-revealed collaborators.

“11:11” is the follow-up to Brown’s 2022 album, “Breezy,” which debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 chart. Several of its tracks, including “Call Me Every Day” featuring WizKid, achieved positions on the Hot 100 chart upon their release.

The track “Call Me Every Day” earned a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), signifying over 500,000 equivalent units sold.

The deluxe edition of “Breezy” received a Grammy nomination for Best R&B Album at the 65th Grammy Awards, marking Brown’s return to this category since his win for 2011’s “F.A.M.E.”
