Ahead of the continuation of “Wednesday” season 2, the streamer has released a trailer for part 2 – set to drop on September 3. In the trailer, Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega) wakes up in hospital after the event at the end of episode 4 of season 2, and gets the surprise of her life. See the trailer below!
The stoic teen awakes to find the ghost of Principal Weems (Gwendolyn Christie) on her bedside, revealing himself to be her new spirit guardian. The trailer then launches into snippets of the dangers Wednesday and co are about to face, including the now-escaped Tyler (Hunter Doohan) and the brain-eating zombie Slurp, who seems to have taken on a more solid form since we last saw it (meaning he’s fed on more brains ever since).
Wednesday remains steadfast on her mission to prevent her premonition about Enid (Emma Myers) dying. But with threats coming from many different sides, can Wednesday figure out which would prove deadly before it’s too late?
The answer shall crawl in on September 3 when the final four episodes of the hit show’s sophomore season drops. Part 2 will also herald the highly anticipated debut of Lady Gaga on the series.
