Ignoring internet discourse and frequent breakup rumors, Dune Part 2 actor Timothee Chalamet and reality star Kylie Jenner flaunted their relationship at the Golden Globes, held in Beverly Hills last Sunday.
The usually private couple showed up together to the ceremony, where Chalamet was nominated for his acting in the Bob Dylan biopic, A Complete Unknown. Chalamet was decked in a black sequined Celine Homme suit with a blue scarf in lieu of a tie, while Jenner wore a vintage 1999 metallic Versace dress. The Kylie Cosmetics founder skipped the red carpet, opting instead to rejoin her date inside the venue as she “didn’t want to make [Chalamet’s night] about them,” according to a source.
The couple is less shy once they’re inside the Beverly Hilton Hotel where the event was held. The two were photographed holding hands and sharing smooches throughout the night. Jenner appeared to feel right at home among Chalamet’s peers. She was seen taking selfies with his A Complete Unknown castmates Monica Barbaro and Elle Fanning, and intently listening as her actor boyfriend mingled with other A-listers.
According to the source, having Jenner there was “really important” for the Wonka star.
“Timothée is used to attending award shows and events, but it was nice having Kylie there to support him,” the insider said. “Kylie really is his best friend and his biggest supporter. They have such a strong connection, and he was so thankful she could be there with him.”
