The Straw Hats Head Into The Grand Line in “One Piece” Season 2 New Trailer

270views

Netflix has released the official trailer for season 2 of its One Piece live-action adaptation – and it’s packed with familiar faces fans of the manga and anime have been waiting for. The nearly two-minute clip gives viewers a closer look at how the Straw Hat Pirates’ journey intensifies as they enter the dangerous and uncharted waters of the Grand Line in search of the world’s greatest treasure.

The trailer opens with Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) and his crew — Nami (Emily Rudd), Roronoa Zoro (Mackenyu), Usopp (Jacob Romero Gibson) and Sanji (Taz Skylar) squaring off against Baroque Works, a secretive and deadly organization that serves as the season’s central antagonist group. Among them is Nico Robin, here introduced as Miss All Sunday and played by Lera Abova, whose “Flower-Flower Fruit” power manifests impressively in live action as she grows extra limbs from surfaces — including her opponents — in a visually striking sequence. David Dastmalchian’s Mr. 3, Charithra Chandran’s Miss Wednesday, Jazzara Jaslyn’s Miss Valentine and other Baroque Works agents also appear, giving the crew plenty of formidable enemies to face.

The teaser hints at broader arcs drawn from Eiichiro Oda’s original One Piece story, with the Straw Hats’ journey touching the fringes of some of manga and anime’s most beloved sagas. Tony Tony Chopper, the reindeer doctor of the crew, has been confirmed for season two and makes a visual debut in related promotions, with Mikaela Hoover providing his voice and facial capture performance.

Netflix’s adaptation has been a high-profile hit since its first season premiered in 2023, blending faithful character portrayals with ambitious production design that captures the whimsical tone of One Piece. The show’s global popularity played a part in rapidly green-lighting season two and, ahead of its debut, season three.

One Piece: Into the Grand Line – this season’s official title – lands on Netflix March 10, 2026, with all episodes released simultaneously for binge viewing.
