Sony and Marvel’s “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” has reached approximately $1.67 billion worldwide after just 10 days, while Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey” has sailed past $1.1 billion in its fourth weekend. The back-to-back milestones have given the 2026 box office a remarkable summer surge.

Ahead of its July release, Sony and Marvel’s “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” has dropped its latest trailer. With it, the fourquel finally introduces The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) into the webslinger’s story as the character – played by Tom Holland – deals with a mysterious condition affecting his power.
