Sadie Sink, Kit Connor, Samara Weaving, Christopher Abbott, Inde Navarrette, Maya Boyd and Adam Driver appeared at Disney’s D23 showcase as Marvel Studios finally introduced the principal cast of its new “X-Men” movie. The presentation in Anaheim gave fans their first official look at the actors who will carry the mutant franchise into its next chapter.

Marvel’s new X-Men team is starting to take shape. Kit Connor is set to play Cyclops, while Samara Weaving has been offered the role of Emma Frost, joining Sadie Sink, who has already been revealed as Jean Grey in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. The casting brings a fresh generation of actors into Marvel’s mutant saga as the studio prepares to launch its next version of the franchise.

Hollywood has two more billion-dollar blockbusters. Sony and Marvel’s “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” has reached approximately $1.67 billion worldwide after just 10 days, while Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey” has sailed past $1.1 billion in its fourth weekend. The back-to-back milestones have given the 2026 box office a remarkable summer surge.

Spider-Man is swinging back to theaters this summer, and the first full trailer of the Marvel-Sony superhero flick has just dropped. Picking up after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home, where Tom Holland’s Peter Parker erased his identity from the world, he is now forced to navigate life in isolation.

During Netflix’s Tudum showcase, a teaser for Stranger Things season 5 revealed, at long last, some brand new snippets and release dates. The epic finale to the megahit series will conclude in three parts, dated November 26 for part 1, December 25 for part 2, and December 31 for part 3. 

Stranger Things star Sadie Sink is ready to swing into another popular franchise. The 22-year-old actress is set to join Tom Holland and Zendaya as the new addition to Sony’s Spider-Man 4. 

Inspired by Nicholas Hogg’s 2015 novel Tokyo Nobody, A Sacrifice is an emotionally turbulent story that follows American social psychologist Ben Monroe who is investigating a local Berlin cult connected to disturbing events. While he immerses himself in his work, his rebellious teenage daughter, Mazzy, becomes embroiled with a mysterious local boy who introduces her to the city’s underground party scene. As their two worlds head toward a dangerous intersection, Ben will need to race against the clock in order to save his daughter.

Netflix has just released the final trailer to the third season of their critically-acclaimed drama series "Stranger Things." Eight episodes will be released as part of the current season.
