Recently circulating videos of Justin Bieber are sparking concern about his sorry state.  In a viral clip from the private party he attended at week 2 of Coachella last week, the Canadian singer could be seen smoking a joint and appeared so visibly high that he had to lean on another person. Another clip showed the father of one hunched over in the crowd shirtless, marijuana in hand, and looking significantly more emaciated. The videos immediately spurred a barrage of concerns.
