On the Fourth of July weekend, the dinos reigned supreme atop the global box office. Jurassic World Rebirth grossed a staggering $318 million worldwide, with $147.3 million coming from North America across the 5-day long weekend. That gives the Scarlett Johansson-starrer the biggest opening weekend number of 2025 to date. 

"Jurassic World Rebirth" starring Scarlett Johansson and Jonathan Bailey just released its second trailer. The film, directed by Gareth Edwards, follows a group of mercenaries hired to return to the abandoned Jurassic World and retrieve some dino DNA samples. As if it weren’t made clear how bad that idea had been before.
