Anyone who thought Dakota Johnson would dwell on her breakup is very mistaken. The “princess of cinema” is ready for new romances, and according to people close to her, “she seems lighter.”

Rumors are swirling around Sophie Turner and Chris Martin after the Game of Thrones actress and the Coldplay frontman were reportedly seen together in London this week, reigniting speculation of a blossoming romance. The Daily Mail reported that the pair went on a “secret date” shortly after both ended long-term relationships. 

After eight years together, the Coldplay frontman and Fifty Shades of Grey actress have parted ways. Since they began romancing each other sometime in 2017, the pair has been in an on again, off again relationship, but sources said that “it feels final this time.”

Former spouse Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow might have been “consciously uncoupled” since 2014, but the two have retained a strong co-parenting bond for their two children, Apple, 20 and Moses, 18. On Saturday, November 30, the Coldplay lead singer and the Oscar winner came together in Paris for Apple’s society debut at the Le Bal des Débutantes. 

Following rumors of a breakup with Chris Martin last week, Dakota Johnson seemingly put the speculation to rest when she flashed her engagement ring while out in Malibu.
