Amid heated controversy surrounding TikTok ban in the US, OG TikTok celebrity Charli D'Amelio continues to broaden her foray on Broadway. The 20-year-old dancer is extending her run in the jukebox musical “& Juliet”. In the show, an irreverent take on Shakespeare’s famous play, D’Amelio plays Charmian, described as a dance-heavy ensemble role. She made her Broadway debut in October 2024 and was supposed to stay until January 19. Now, the social media star is set to continue for another three months. 

From Tiktok to the Great White Way! TikTok star Charli D’Amelio is making her Broadway debut in the musical “& Juliet”, a revisionist take on the Shakespeare classic “Romeo and Juliet”. Taking on the “dance-heavy role” of Charmian, the 20-year-old will perform for a limited three-month engagement through Jan. 19, 2025.
