Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson have just trademarked “Bandit and Bardot.” And the rumour has it that the couple is starting… a band of their own! The band already has an Instagram page which is followed by Miley and Cody.
According to the documents obtained by TMZ, the couple is looking to use the trademark for entertainment services such as live performances by a band or a professional musician. The trademark also covers a website with the focus on live concerts, production of sound recordings on CDs, DVDs, downloads and more.
This rumour seems to be substantiated by Cody Simpson’s recent interview for E! in which he touched upon a possible collaboration between the couple.
“Yeah definitely. We’re looking at it. We are getting all the songs down [on my album] and then seeing who would make sense for what. It’s going to be cool. It’s going to be pretty much a rock album. A lot of guitar,” admits Cody.
Just a reminder – Miley and Cody have been dating for several months ago, but went public with their relationship in October.
