Meghan Markle’s lifestyle venture As Ever will continue without financial backing from Netflix, after the streaming giant stepped away as an investor less than a year after helping launch the business.
The partnership had tied the brand’s rollout to Markle’s Netflix lifestyle series With Love, Meghan, which premiered in 2025 and focused on cooking, gardening and entertaining.
As Ever debuted with products including fruit preserves, honey, candles and decorative flower sprinkles. Early demand was strong, with the initial product drop selling out quickly after launch.
Representatives for the brand and the streamer said the split was amicable, with both sides describing the collaboration as a successful launch phase. A spokesperson for As Ever expressed appreciation for Netflix’s role in helping introduce the company and said the business is now ready to grow independently. Netflix also praised Markle’s creative vision behind the brand.
The separation affects only the lifestyle company. Markle and Prince Harry still maintain a broader working relationship with Netflix through their production banner Archewell Productions, which retains a first-look arrangement with the streamer for future film and television projects. For now. The stability of this partnership is being called into question after the lacklustre viewerships of a string of projects and this latest divestment.
As Ever launched after Markle rebranded her earlier concept American Riviera Orchard, part of a broader push into lifestyle products and media tied to her Montecito-based ventures.
