Lili Reinhart took her dog Milo for a walk on 10 April (Friday), but they were attacked by another dog and Milo was badly hurt. Lili rushed him to the animal hospital for a life-saving surgery.

“I was taking him out today to get some exercise… He was attacked by another dog and it was pretty bad so I had to rush him to the animal hospital and he’s there now getting surgery. He has a pretty deep wound in his neck. It was a very horrifying experience,” said Lili in her Instagram story.

Fortunately, Milo is recovering right now and getting much better after the surgery. Lili took some time during the weekend to provide fans with some update on the situation.

“He’s okay. He’s home with me. He had surgery. He had a big wound on his head so part of his head is shaved so he has a little puncture wound right here as well that’s stitched up. He’s a little timid. He’s on pain meds to help because you can tell he’s quite uncomfortable with the stitches,” admits the actress. “He’s doing surprisingly well and being a little extra cuddly right now which is really sweet. But I’m watching his every move and taking good care of him.”

Milo was introduced to the family back in February. He was adopted from the Furever Freed Rescue in Vancouver (Canada). The actress was in Canada to film episodes of “Riverdale,” however, the product has stopped due to the on-going coronavirus pandemic.
