Justin Bieber Broke and In Debt According to Bombshell TMZ Documentary

386views

The explosive TMZ investigation reveals that in 2022, the 31-year-old singer sold his music catalogue for $200 million because he had blown through his fortune. The “Peaches“ singer reportedly owed millions of dollars due to the cancellation of his Justice World Tour in 2022. At the time, the singer was only halfway through the tour dates when he contracted Ramsay Hunt syndrome, a rare neurological disorder leading to face paralysis. The health issue forced him to cancel the remainder of the tour, including the entirety of its Asian and European legs.

“Justin’s side acknowledges that in 2022, he was on the verge of, the words were ‘financial collapse.’ And that’s why he had to sell his catalog,” alleged the doc titled “TMZ Investigates: What Happened to Justin Bieber?“

Because of the tour cancellation, the singer allegedly owed $24 million to AEG, the concert’s promoter. Later, Scooter Braun – Bieber’s then manager – stepped in to cover for the damages temporarily because his client was broke, according to multiple sources. As a result, Bieber now owed money to Braun and his company, Hybe.

The problem escalated when Bieber failed to pay back his debt in time, only completing the first installment due to lack of funds. An audit result discovered by TMZ reveals that the singer is now $8 million in debt with Braun. The relationship between longtime partners reportedly worsened over a dispute about the real amount of money Bieber owed. That led to the latter cutting ties with his longtime manager, who was instrumental in launching him to pop superstardom. Things nosedive further due to the singer’s “out of control” spending habits.

“He spends eye-watering amounts per month,” alleged one source. “At one point, he couldn’t even get a credit card.”

When The Hollywood Reporter first reported about Bieber’s financial woes, his camp called the article “clickbait stupidity.” Bieber’s team hasn’t responded to TMZ’s latest allegation.
