Tom Cruise is an American actor. He rose to international prominence with his portrayal of Joel Goodson in “Risky Business” and Pete Maverick Mitchell in “Top Gun.” He also starred in such critically-acclaimed productions as “The Color of Money,” “Rain Man,” “Born on the Fourth of July,” “A Few Good Men,” “The Firm” and “Interview with the Vampire.” He is the recipient of three Golden Globe Awards, three MTV Movie Awards and two People’s Choice Awards. Tom received his star on the Hollywood’s Walk of Fame in 1986.
