Hilary Duff released her album “luck… or something” in February of this year, 10 years after the release of “Breathe In. Breathe Out.” The physical version of the album included re-recordings of some of her most popular songs, including “This Is What Dreams Are Made For” from the 2003 movie Lizzie McGuire.
Duff is currently on tour reconnecting with fans singing new and old songs to celebrate her comeback. “Thank you so much for all the love on the mine versions. From hunting down the Record Store Day vinyl to hearing you sing these songs back to me live … the response has felt really special. I’m so grateful for all of it”, wrote the 38-years-old singer earlier this week on her social media.
The re-recordings were included on a 7-track EP featuring the songs “Wake Up”, “So Yesterday”, “What Dreams Are Made Of”, “Sparks”, “Come Clean”, “Why Not” and “With Love.” “Come Clean” has been available on streaming platforms since April of this year.
