The official trailer for the upcoming reboot of “Gretel & Hansel” was released on 2 January (Thursday). The production directed by Osgood Perkins promises a grim fairy tale.
The movie is based on the classic fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm. It tells the story of siblings Gretel (portrayed by Sophia Lillis) and Hansel (played by Sammy Leakey) as they go into the woods and search for work and food, only to find a scary witch (played by Alice Krige)!
“Gretel & Hansel” will hit the theatres on 31 January (Friday).
