Sharing a carousel together with their dog Leo, the couple captioned the post simply, “Mr². & Mrs. Leclerc 💍❤️❤️❤️.” The proposal itself leaned into romance and creativity: rose petals arranged in a heart shape, candlelight, and Leo’s dog tag reading “Dad wants to marry you!” The post has since garnered over 7 million likes, with congratulatory words flooding in from the paddock, from Lewis Hamilton writing “Congratulations to you both” to former teammate Carlos Sainz simply commenting “Yesssss.” Singer Charlie Puth and Leclerc’s team’s official account also sent their well wishes under the post.
The couple have been linked since early 2023—with their relationship first coming into view at Paris Fashion Week and later confirmed during the Monaco Grand Prix press tour in May.
