Demi Lovato Considers Herself First & Foremost a Singer

420views

Demi Lovato is leaving her past troubles behind. Last July, she was rushed to the hospital after she had overdosed. She survived the overdose and received the help she needed.

While Demi still works on overcoming some issues, she recently took the stage at the Teen Vogue Summit held at the Goya Studios in Los Angeles on 2 November (Saturday). Not only did she candidly answered to people’s questions, but also she shared some information about new music coming out.

“Here’s the thing with new music. I know you guys have wanted it. But it’s important to remember that I’m so cautious this time around, about jumping back into things. I really decided to take my time with things. I am dying to release music, but it’s coming in due time,” says Demi.

Demi also wanted the fans to remember that she was still a singer. She is aware of the fact that her troubles outshine everything she has accomplished in the music industry, but still… Demi would like her fans to focus primarily on her music.

“I just want people to remember that I’m a singer. A lot of the things that I have been through outshined my successes in the music industry. I just want people to remember that that’s what I want to give to the world, so please focus on that,” admits Demi.
