Christina Aguilera released a new single entitled “Haunted Heart” on 27 September 2019. This is the second track promoting the upcoming animated film “The Addams Family,” which will hit the theatres on 11 October 2019 (Friday).
“Haunted Heart” was written by Antonina Armato, Christina Aguilera and Tim James, and was produced by Rock Mafia.
Halloween is Christina’s favourite holiday, thus her contribution to the Halloween-themed movie comes as no surprise to her fans.
In the track, Christina sings that a heart is a haunted house and a person cannot control falling in love, hinting that love is both frightening and intoxicating.
“My heart is a haunted house / Once you’re in, you ain’t getting out / It’s the trap you’ve been waiting for / Ain’t no windows, ain’t no doors / No escaping the way you feel / It’s like a dream, but you hope it’s real.”
“Haunted Heart” is a powerful romantic song and no one can deny one thing – Christina Aguilera is the perfect fit to sing this track and her amazing vocals make us feel everything there is to feel!
Christina Aguilera is currently in the middle of her residency in Las Vegas – “The Xperience.” She will next come to the UK and Ireland in November to finish the European leg of “The X Tour.”
Just a quick reminder – Christina’s residency in Las Vegas has been extended and she will be giving four more concerts in December 2019 and six concerts in 2020.
