BTS has confirmed that their highly anticipated comeback concert will be streamed globally on Netflix, giving fans everywhere front-row access to the group’s first full-band performance in nearly four years. The live event, titled BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG, is set for March 21, 2026, from Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul and will air on Netflix in more than 190 countries. The concert follows the release of BTS’s new studio album, ARIRANG, which arrives March 20, 2026, via Big Hit Music.
The livestreamed show will showcase songs from ARIRANG — the band’s first group album after a long hiatus during which members completed mandatory military service and pursued solo work. The album spans 14 tracks inspired by the traditional Korean folk song of the same name and explores themes of identity, longing and the bonds that tie listeners together.
BTS will perform as a seven-piece — RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook. The Netflix stream gives ARMYs a chance to experience the event live alongside fans at the square, which is expected to host thousands in person while millions tune in online. The live broadcast will begin at 8 p.m. Korean Standard Time (4 a.m. PST / 7 a.m. ET) on March 21.
The Netflix presentation arrives ahead of the group’s Arirang World Tour, scheduled from April 2026 to March 2027 with more than 80 shows across Asia, Europe, the Americas and beyond. It will be BTS’s most extensive tour, bringing their new music and past hits like Dynamite, Butter and Yet to Come to packed stadiums around the world.
Netflix also plans to release a documentary titled BTS: THE RETURN on March 27, directed by Bao Nguyen, which chronicles the making of ARIRANG and the band’s reunion journey after their hiatus.
The Netflix livestream and documentary are part of a coordinated global broadcast strategy, offering fans both a front-row stage performance and behind-the-scenes insight into BTS’s return to major group activity.
