469views

Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny is once again king of the streaming world. According to Spotify’s 2025 Wrapped data, he was named the most-streamed artist globally, his fourth time claiming the crown, following earlier wins in 2020, 2021 and 2022. The tally: a staggering 19.8 billion streams this year.

“It’s incredible — all the love and support, gracias a ustedes,” Bad Bunny said, reflecting on the achievement. Fans have responded in kind, sharing clips and memes celebrating the milestone across social platforms.

Rounding out Spotify’s Global Top 5: Taylor Swift came in second, followed by The Weeknd at No. 3, Drake at 4, and Billie Eilish at 5. The full Top 10 includes heavy hitters such as Kendrick Lamar, Bruno Mars, Ariana Grande, as well as global stars Arijit Singh and Fuerza Regida.

The year’s No. 1 album on Spotify also belonged to Bad Bunny: DeBÍ TiRAR Más FOTos, which dominated global listening and helped vault him to the top position again.

The #1 position once again solidifies Bad Bunny’s cross-cultural appeal and influence in the global music scene. With hits like Titi Me Pregunto, Me Porto Bonito, and DtMF, the rapper is often credited for popularizing the Latin trap genre in mainstream music. Next up for Bad Bunny is conquering the Super Bowl Halftime Show, which he is set to headline in February 2026.
