Aryna Sabalenka Stuns At Milan Fashion Week

219views

Aryna Sabalenka traded the tennis court for Milan’s fashion circuit last week, where the world-class athlete made a runway debut at Vogue World and later turned heads at Gucci’s front row. The tennis star also found herself in the fashion headlines for a very different accessory: her enormous engagement ring, which became a talking point during her Milan appearances.

Sabalenka walked in Vogue World: Milano on September 22 at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. She appeared during the “Made in Italy” segment in a glittering, body-contouring Gucci pre-fall 2026 turtleneck gown in chocolate brown. The look came from Gucci, where Sabalenka has served as a global ambassador since January. Vogue described her runway appearance as part of the event’s celebration of Italian craftsmanship and fashion.

Gucci remained central to Sabalenka’s Milan Fashion Week schedule. She attended the house’s September 25 show in a white satin suit and appeared in the front row alongside Georgina Rodríguez. The two women soon attracted attention when they compared their engagement rings. Sabalenka’s ring features a 12-plus-carat oval diamond surrounded by emeralds, her favorite stone. Her fiancé, Georgios Frangulis, worked with jewelry designer Isabela Grutman on the piece before proposing in March.

Sabalenka’s relationship with Gucci extends beyond Milan. She wore Gucci throughout her May 2026 Vogue digital cover story and previously attended Demna’s Fall 2026 Gucci show. She has also spoken about her admiration for the designer’s work since he took over the Italian house.

Her fashion-week appearances came shortly after Sabalenka reached her fourth consecutive U.S. Open final in September, where she was defeated by Elena Rybakina.
