Aphrodite Has a Face: Kate McKinnon Joins Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 3

Kate McKinnon has joined the third season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians in a recurring role. The actress will portray Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and beauty.

According to the official character description, Aphrodite “can change her appearance depending on who’s looking” and “must ensure that Percy Jackson (Walker Scobell) understands the power and importance of love before agreeing to help him on his quest.”

The second season of the series premieres December 10 on Disney+, while the third based on the book The Titan’s Curse, is currently in production in Vancouver.
